Our mission is to eliminate corruption and promote transparency, good governance, accountability and integrity at all levels across the oil & gas sector in Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Industry players from operators to business partners, contractors and suppliers, and in collaboration with the relevant Government stakeholders are expected to strive towards achieving this common goal.
Brunei Energy Industry Integrity Pact (BEIIP) plays an important role in promoting our members’ interests to combat corruption, and we take competition compliance seriously
Whilst we encourage discussions between members to share best practices on combating corruption within the industry, we expect pact members to comply at all times with all applicable laws, including those relating to competition and anti-trust. We remind BEIIP members that they must not discuss, exchange or request sensitive commercial information (including but not limited to pricing information) or engage in any behavior that seeks to limit or restrict competition.
Our vision is to promote transparent and ethical business conduct, and not be threatened by nor give in to corruption, greed, dishonesty or willful malpractice.
BEIIP supports and connects the oil & gas industry entities in Negara Brunei Darussalam by providing a platform to learn from each other and share best practices in combating corruption and improving business performance.
